“The Road” by Cormac McCarthy

Book on windowsill

Reader Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5 stars)

Cormac McCarthy is so talented at taking a plot and turning what would normally be the crucial plot points into the part of his story that matters least, turning readers’ focuses inward. This book is no different. I loved reading this, even though I normally would never have chosen to pick it up myself.
