This book really opened my eyes to how much time I really have access to, as well as how much time I regularly waste each day. If you’re looking for a book that will give you a good kick in the pants when it comes to time management, you should definitely look into this one!

Laura Vanderkam, a freelance writer and mother of two, compiles hundreds of hours of research on how to maximize one’s effectiveness in one’s weekly 168 hours.
