“The Woman in the Library” by Sulari Gentill

Reader Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5 stars)

If I tried to explain this book to you, I couldn’t do it. All I can say is that the way this book is set up is remarkable, and I enjoyed it far more than I expected to!

Hannah, a famous murder mystery author, sends chapters of her current work in progress to an enthusiastic beta reader, who offers his advice and several hints about his own character. Readers also learn of Freddie’s experience in which she and three others bond together when they hear a blood-chilling scream ring throughout a library in Boston.
